At RJ Apex, we want you confident in every industrial cleaning product, solvent, and supply you order. If something is not right, this policy explains how returns, refunds, and warranty claims work.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return most unused cleaning supplies within 30 days of delivery if:
- The item is in original condition with all included parts and packaging.
- The product has not been opened, modified, or used beyond reasonable inspection.
- You have your order number or proof of purchase from RJ Apex.
Bulk liquid detergents and concentrated solvents may only be returned if unopened or defective on arrival.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked final sale or clearance at time of purchase.
- Products damaged by misuse, improper storage, or contamination after delivery.
- Replacement components ordered separately for systems not purchased from RJ Apex.
3. How to Start a Return
- Email Rehan@rehanjutt.store or use our Contact Support form.
- Include your order number, item name/SKU, and reason for return.
- We will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and any required RMA details.
Do not send returns without approval — unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
4. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return:
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless RJ Apex provides a prepaid label for a defective or incorrect item.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If your supply arrives damaged or fails under normal use within the warranty period, contact us within 14 days of delivery for damage claims, or anytime during the warranty term for defects. We may offer replacement or refund after review.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
RJ Apex cleaning supplies carry a satisfaction guarantee against defects in materials under normal use. Warranty does not cover wear from abuse, misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modification. See our Quality Standards page for details.
7. Exchanges
Need a different size or model? Contact support before returning. We will help arrange an exchange when stock is available. Price differences may apply.
